This place is excellently situated just a short stroll from a refurbished castle nearby.

The room is new-fashioned and huge. the staff are welcoming, especially at the reception desk. the hotel has a marvellous and unbeatable location for visiting Berliner Tor. It is also close to main attractions, shopping centers, tourist points, and restaurants.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. this place exceeded my expectations.

As a satisfied guest, I recently stayed at Novotel in Szczecin for a week-long vacation with my family. The hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the food was absolutely outstanding. The chefs demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, as every dish we tried was of excellent taste and quality. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance of the train station and most tourist attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered great comfort and relaxation, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped room. The icing on the cake was the inclusion of a pool, sauna, and hot tub, which were all adequate for a relaxing experience. Moreover, the staff, particularly one receptionist and one waitress/bar tender, stood out with their excellent customer relation skills, making our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the value for money was simply wonderful, especially considering the option to book a room without the expensive breakfast.

I had a great time at Novotel Szczecin Centrum. the weather was lovely, and I enjoyed my two-night stay during a business trip. the hotel's location was perfect, near Port Gate, and the staff were friendly and funny.

Good price and central location.

The swimming pool was closed which was very disappointing as this was the main reason I chose this hotel over others. The room was extremely basic in decor and comfort. There was lots of street noise. Rubbish from a take-away meal I ate in my room was not removed the following day when the room was being cleaned.
